Acutech is a leading manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services based out of New Delhi, India. The privately held company was founded in 1997. Since the beginning, Acutech has produced and offered the industry’s broadest range of irrigation products for farms, golf courses, sports arenas, commercial developments, and homes.
Acutech’s engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and sales teams have worked together Seamlessly to develop innovative water-conserving products that include irrigation sprinklers, Rain guns, Venturi Injectors, Land Scape items. As a custom molder, we offer range of products in industrial, automotive, and electrical industries.
In order to maintain the highest possible standards, all products are certified by the Bureau of Indian standard (BIS).
Our Capabilities:
Casting:
- Sand Casting, Gravity Casting and Pressure Die Casting has been done by us. (Our capacity is 400 ton/ annum).
- We can cast from 10 gm up to 10 kg parts very easily.
Forging:
- We do Hammer & Friction Forging, we can forge around 100 ton per annum (10 gm upto 5 kg).
Sheet Metals Work:
- We have a Capability of Power press from 5 ton to 100 ton & also have a Hydraulic Machine (Double Action) of 150 ton that can Deep Draw up to 5 mm.
- Shearing Machine cutting capacity is 6 mm in thickness and 2500 mm in length.
Injection Molding:
- Injection molding machines are also available up to 120 ton.
- Maximum part molding capacity is of 200 gm.
- The gripping capacity of the machine for the Die tool is 200 kg.
SPM:
- We have variety of SPM Machines with high productivity for different types of operation such as Drilling, Tapping, Boring, Coining, Stamping, etc.
Tool Room:
- We have in house capability of making Sand casting patterns, GDC & PDC Dies, Injection molding dies as well as Sheet metal dies.
CNC Work:
- We have CNC turning lathe that measures as 14” Dia. X 20” Length.
